Ok, it'd be really nice if I could send PMs but I can't. I tried on my old account (KIMOKI) and now with this account but it always fails. Any suggestions. In addition it keeps coming up with a huge page full of exclamation marks set out like this:

...you get the idea.
By the way, sorry if there is a problems page but I couldn't find it.
